Eternity or the ever present now?
Time is of no essence to the Almighty.
Last week......... Last year.......... Last Century.......... Last Millennium...........
yet with God a thousand years is only as a day.For me, time wants to master.
Too little time. Too much time.
What Time? How Long? When?
What will I Do?“I will sing of the mercies of the LORD forever;
With my mouth will make known your faithfulness to all generations".
Psalm 89:1Daily, I am overwhelmed at how I can trust You!
It is marvelous to enjoy Your steadfast love that is unbound by time and cuts across the lines of generations. To enjoy Your mercies, not just past or tomorrow in eternity. Not just to read about them, but to enjoy them as a creature entrapped by time, in the ever-present now. I have now and I have hope and peace in You.What more do I need? What more can I ask for?
I will proclaim Your provision, Your promises, Your grace, Your love as I will delight in the ever-present now all the way through eternity.

So give me a stretch of plain

Cultivate your own capabilities, your own style. Appreciate the members of your family for who they are, even though their outlook or style may be miles different from yours. Rabbits don't fly. Eagles don't swim. Ducks look funny trying to climb. Squirrels don't have feathers. Stop comparing. There's plenty of room in the forest.
