I joke somewhat, "that I am in management". However, when I stand back and watch the operation in progress (as you see in the first picture),.... I also realize that I have and still do guide and give insight to this crew. I have learned over the years as well as the generations before me on the ranch that it is important to "pass the baton". I praise God daily for the privileges I have had with my family.
